Practising in France: prepare your project by asking the right questions

1. Start with the facts of your situation

Before comparing an opportunity, gather the elements that describe your project: obtained qualification or expected date, training country, experience, declared French level, availability and essential conditions.

2. Separate general information from an individual decision

Steps for a regulated profession depend on your circumstances and assessment by competent authorities. A page, recruiter or Irivance cannot replace that decision.

3. Assess a real opportunity

Before authorising a profile introduction, ask for useful conditions: practice, location, status, work, schedule, pay and next steps.

4. Keep control of your data

At first contact, avoid sending sensitive documents. Your profile should only be introduced to a named practice after clear information and written permission.

Sources to consult

General information never replaces an individual assessment by the competent authority.
